Founded in 1930, the Société Parisienne d'Impression et de Cartonnage (SPIC) has stood for high quality packaging in the premium segment since 1959. Customers primarily include cosmetics and fragrance manufacturers as well as companies in the chocolate and spirits industry.

Edelmann France has been present in France since 1970. The presence started with an independent sales office, Edelmann France, but the group has now had its own production location since the acquisition of La Spic in 2001. The existing companies were merged and the sales team was brought together at the Pontoise location under the Edelmann brand. This allowed the Edelmann Group to join forces in France and continue to develop this strategically important market.

The Pontoise location near Paris is equipped with the latest systems in offset printing, embossed foil printing, for embossing, adhering and security coding.
