Since February 2009 Edelmann has held a majority stake in the Mexican folding carton manufacturer, Graphopak GDG S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City (since renamed Edelmann Packaging Mexico).
The Edelmann Group thus has a production location on the continent of America and can offer international manufacturers, particularly those producing high-quality consumer goods, packaging that is produced close to their production site. The company is certified and audited both according to ISO 9001:2000 and the standards of renowned clients. Equipped with CAD, digital preprint processes, inline offset printing in up to 8 colours, embossed foil printing and full processing, 190 employees currently produce 200 million folding cartons each year for hair coloration, cosmetics, spirits and food products.
