quality starts in the mind. First and foremost, Edelmann views its quality policy as a tool to support internal organisation and business conduct. The technical execution is relevant but ultimately only of limited importance. Edelmann's guiding principle is the continuous improvement of its level of quality.

An important tool in achieving this is the specification and communication of annual corporate objectives. Edelmann uses these to ensure that its business conduct is transparent, predictable and measurable. The objectives are then implemented in a consistent, uniform quality management system across all the Edelmann Group's production sites. Regardless of the location at which an order is processed, the customer is always guaranteed one thing: the behaviour of the employees, the implementation on the machinery and ultimately the result at the POS takes place in full compliance with Edelmann's "High Q Packaging" quality standard.
